Strong Entertainment Lighting introduces the 2,000W Canto followspot from the Italian manufacturer LDR (Luci della Ribalta). The followspot delivers a flat field for medium throw applications and features the Philips 2000 MSR FastFit lamp with rear-access lamp replacement. The field of light is produced via a European-style “profile” optical train that uses a spherical reflector and double condenser lens set. This produces crisp gobo images and a high-quality field similar to that of ellipsoidal reflector designs, all while throwing distances from 50’ to more than 100’.
